Hello everyone, my name is Joshua Banks. I am the Youth Minister here at Fountain of Life Bible Church. I am married to my beautiful wife Amanda. We have three beautiful children: Haley, Colton, Caden, and a new baby on the way. I thank the Lord everyday for the wonderful family He has given me of which I am so undeserving of. I am a student at Luther Rice University where, Lord willingly, I will graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Ministry in the spring of 2011. My goal for the youth is to have a solid foundation within the Word of God. I would like for them to be able to give an answer to those who would ask them to give an account for the hope that is within them. I would like for them to be able to defend their faith and to share their faith. We study the Bible in depth in its entirety, as well as studying the fundamental doctrines of Christianity. We study world religions, cults, and non-Christian cults to know what they believe and how to witness to them. My hope is that the youth will not just be ordinary Christians, but extraordinary Christians who love the Lord and stand firm upon His Word.
